Our specialist Commercial Property Team, and a number of individual lawyers, have received consistent recognition in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Our team are experts in all matters relating to transactions involving commercial real estate, servicing a wide spectrum of clients from a variety of industry sectors.
Our team pride themselves on their client-centric approach; they recognise the importance of fully understanding a client's commercial objectives and ensuring they receive an efficient, pragmatic, and dedicated service, regardless of the value or complexity of their matter.
We adopt a "one team" approach, which ensures the best outcomes for our clients through collaboration and teamwork. By sharing work and leveraging each team member's unique skill set, we guarantee results for our clients while creating a supportive and inclusive work environment for our colleagues.
Day to Day:
As a Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of mixed commercial property matters, carving out your reputation as an expert in this area as you establish and develop strong professional relationships with referrer contacts, repeat clients, and other teams across the firm.
You will also assist the Partners and Senior Associates with the more complex and high-value instructions received by the department. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to take charge of the day-to-day responsibilities of these matters, with support and guidance from the senior lawyers.
What we look for:
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior experience in running their own caseload of commercial property matters, with particular emphasis on landlord & tenant matters.
We do not tend to use PQE as the sole measure of experience, but we estimate this position would somebody with between 0-2PQE.
You will have experience in, or a keen interest to be involved in, marketing and business development activities.
You will be calm under pressure, adopt a naturally proactive approach to your work, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities at short notice.
We are human-first in everything we do and seek people who share this trait. You will therefore have great communication skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and the ability to think creatively.
If you have the required skills and experience and are keen to advance your career as part of our leading Commercial Property Team, then we strongly encourage you to apply.
