Solicitor - Commercial Real Estate - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful Real Estate team within a forward-thinking full service, leading UK law firm.
Role
Working on a wide range of complex and high value commercial real estate deals across a number of sectors
Act for leading clients nationwide and some of the East of England's (and Cambridge's) most important businesses and institutions, including high profile clients
Actively participating in business development
You
1-3 years PQE
Experience in some or all of a range of areas including:

  • commercial landlord and tenant work
  • investment and asset management
  • general commercial property development
  • acting for banks/borrowers in secured lending matters
  • knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
