We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional legal services. This role involves advising clients on various immigration matters, representing them in negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additional experties in family law would be an advantage.
Duties
Provide expert legal advice to clients across a range of issues, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients, striving for favourable outcomes in all dealings.
Draft and review legal documents, including statements, Skeleton Arguments, and court filings.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and other legal forums as necessary.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law that may affect clients' interests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their legal matters.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies that enhance client service delivery.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Proven experience in a relevant area of law is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of complex legal concepts.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
