Experienced Solicitor - Dispute Resolution / Contract / Commercial

We are a niche, well-established, and friendly law firm based in North and Central London. Due to continued growth, we are looking to speak with an experienced Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution / Contract / Commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys running matters independently, values client relationships, and is looking to grow within a supportive but commercially focused practice.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing high-quality advice across a broad range of dispute resolution and commercial matters, including:

Commercial and contractual disputes Debt recovery and enforcement Breach of contract claims General civil litigation Advising businesses and individuals on contractual and commercial risk
You will have day-to-day autonomy over your files, with support available where required, and the opportunity to contribute to the development of the department and firm.

About You

You will ideally have:

At least 2 years' PQE

(or equivalent experience) in dispute resolution / commercial or contract law Experience handling matters independently from instruction to conclusion Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively Confident client-facing and communication skills The ability to work well under pressure in a busy practice
A following or demonstrable ability to attract work would be an advantage.
