DWF is seeking a highly motivated Solicitor to join our market-leading Finance Litigation team in Manchester.
The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance across a range of finance litigation matters, including asset and consumer finance.
Whilst the team operates as a nationally structured team supporting the wider DWF regional offices throughout the UK, this role is based in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of finance litigation matters under partner supervision.
Provide advice and assistance on asset and consumer finance claims.
Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and networking.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential
1+ years' PQE with a background in finance litigation. Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills. A proactive, collaborative approach.
Desirable
A sound knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and associated regulations would be preferred.
