We are now looking to expand our specialist team with an experienced solicitor who shares our commitment to justice for consumers.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Financial Mis-Selling team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of complex financial mis-selling claims and contribute to the ongoing development of this growing area of law.

Key Requirements

At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in civil litigation (claimant experience preferred, but not essential). Strong experience handling Fast Track and Multi-Track cases. Proven ability to conduct Case Management Conferences (CMCs) and hearings. Experience instructing and liaising with counsel effectively. A proactive, strategic, and client-focused approach.
