About the Role
You will take on a varied caseload of lease-related matters including:
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases Advising landlords and tenants Handling lease renewals, assignments, subletting, and terminations Conducting due diligence and managing transactions from instruction to post-completion
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters with supportive colleagues and a strong client base.
The Ideal Candidate
A qualified solicitor (5+ years PQE preferred) Solid experience in leases and commercial property transactions Confident in handling files autonomously with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 39,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus
