Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive - Colchester with hybrid working
Client
A Legal 500 recommended practice with ambitious plans for growth
Role

• Provide clear, practical advice to a wide range of clients
• Mainly responsible for property disputes work but also other litigation matters such as debt recovery, contractual disputes, construction and regulatory
• Contribute to the team's continued growth

You

• 2+ years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX or CILEX) with litigation / disputes experience, including property litigation
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
• A proactive attitude towards business development
