We're currently looking for a 2 to 5 year PQE Solicitor to join the Casualty team in London; a very busy and large team.



This team handles a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Abuse claims, with case values ranging from small claims to catastrophic injury claims.



As a solicitor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and collaborating with a team of legal professionals to deliver a high-quality, professional service on behalf of DWF. You'll be empowered to work independently and run your own cases with appropriate supervision.



This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend our newly refurbished London office twice a week.


Responsibilities:
To handle a defendant personal injury caseload. Help manage cases in accordance with departmental and client service standards and protocols. Serve as a trusted and proactive team member, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the case management system, reviewing confidential records, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Handle technical aspects of cases under the guidance of senior colleagues, contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal support. Progress cases efficiently and effectively, aiming for timely resolutions that meet client expectations.

What will help you succeed in this role? :
2 to 5 PQE Solicitor Experience assisting on and managing a defendant personal injury caseload, involving Employer Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL). Experience in using case management systems such as Visual Files. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload. A client-focused approach and a strong team player mentality.
