Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of issues, including contracts, property law, and family law. Represent clients in negotiations, ensuring their interests are protected and advocating for favourable outcomes. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court submissions. Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in legislation and case law that may impact clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for complex cases. Attend court hearings and represent clients as required.

Experience

A qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in the legal field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, achieving positive results for clients. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing legal documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex legal concepts. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
