Bindmans' Media and Information Law practice is looking for an experienced, motivated and driven individual to join the highly regarded team.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in libel, privacy, copyright, data protection and freedom of expression issues, and be someone who will support the growth of the department and the firm.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
You will be able to demonstrate:
Substantial experience of media litigation
Experience in a wide range of media-related issues including libel, privacy, data protection and copyright;
Knowledge of and experience in electoral law and political regulatory work
Where possible, a following of clients, potential clients or referrers with whom you have developed a strong professional relationship;
The ability to work within and contribute to a dynamic and high performing team;
Strong negotiation and written and oral communication skills
Experience of supervising other fee earners
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy case load;
Strong IT knowledge and commercial awareness
Strong Business Development skills
