Oikonomakis Law is continuing its international expansion and is seeking a motivated and ambitious

Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor

to join our London office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a high-performing, internationally oriented legal team and gain exposure to high-profile clients and cross-border matters from the very start of your career.


You will be supported by experienced colleagues across our network of offices, working in a collaborative, positive, and development-focused environment. Our London team works closely with our offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, giving you the chance to build global experience early in your career.


This role offers a broad mix of legal work, including drafting, advisory tasks, research, client interaction, and involvement in negotiations and dispute resolution matters under supervision.


We are looking for a proactive, curious, and dedicated lawyer who is ready to grow quickly within a leading international firm.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in providing legal advice across a range of matters under supervision Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, research memos, and reports Support senior solicitors in negotiations, mediations, and hearings Conduct legal research and help prepare case strategies Collaborate with colleagues across our global offices on multi-jurisdictional matters Contribute to client communication and maintain high standards of client care Stay updated on legal developments relevant to your practice areas

Requirements

Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor in England & Wales (or qualification expected shortly) Strong academic background Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Proactive, positive, and eager to learn Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required Demonstrated interest in international, cross-border legal work is an advantage
