Role: Solicitor - Private Client
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: \xc2\xa336,000-\xc2\xa370,000 DOE
Pertemps are recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, estate planning, and power of attorney.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate administration papers.
- Assist clients in matters related to inheritance tax planning and asset protection.
- Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique situations.
- Stay informed about changes in private client laws in Scotland and ensure compliance in all matters.
- Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Qualified Solicitor
- Proven experience in Private Client Law, with a focus on wills, probate, and estate planning.
- Strong understanding of Scottish private client laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using relevant legal software and tools.
