Seeking a confident Solicitor for the Private Wealth Team in Woking. This hybrid role (ideally 3 office days/week) serves diverse high-net-worth clients (5m-20m assets) with business interests, overseas assets, and complex family structures. Join a collaborative team focused on expertise development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lifetime and succession planning
Wills structuring within broader estate strategies
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Trusts: creation, administration, and winding up
Estate administration
Regular client meetings for tailored advice

Ideal Candidate

Candidates need Private Wealth/Private Client experience (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with proven caseload management--ideally 2+ years. Show willingness to support complex team matters, exceptional communication, creative problem-solving, and a team-oriented, client-passionate mindset aligned with "Human First" values.
