Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion Act for a diverse client base including property companies, REITs, funds, PLCs, and high-net-worth individuals Support partners and senior colleagues on complex transactions, while also leading your own matters with appropriate supervision Contribute to marketing and business development activities, including client events, seminars, and networking Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support continuous professional development Work with internal stakeholders including KSLs, paralegals, and trainees to ensure smooth matter progression and excellent client service
About You

2-4 years' PQE with strong academic credentials, ideally gained at a major City, national, or leading regional law firm Experience handling a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, with exposure to development, investment, corporate occupier matters, or real estate finance Sector experience in logistics, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or residential development desirable Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to cross-disciplinary teamwork Proactive attitude toward business development and client relationship management Desire to take early responsibility and confidence to manage matters with appropriate supervision
