THE ROLE:

An excellent Property Solicitor role on offer at this nice practice. Able to take on existing case load and fee earn independently. Applications for this vacancy are encouraged from solicitors who are newly qualified with good quality property experience having worked at a private practice. Whilst handling mainly residential property matters from start to finish, experience in commerical property, landlord and tenant and re-finance/security work would be beneficial. The role will involve managing busy and varied caseload of files, dealing with clients from varied background.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from experienced and enthusiastic solicitors looking to work with a friendly team. The candidate should take a organised approach to managing the caseload using modern cloud based case management system. Must be technically strong with an eye for detail, be a strong communicator and possess excellent client care skills. Able to work as part of a team and willing to assist in the growth of the department and the firm.
