Due to expansion, a well-respected, modern Liverpool law firm has exclusively instructed Goldfinch & Partners to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor. This is the perfect role for a capable conveyancer or property solicitor looking to work on complex, high-quality transactions in a supportive, commercial setting.

Role Overview:

Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and new-build matters. Liaise directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties, delivering a first-class service to a diverse client base. Key Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in residential property or conveyancing. Proven competence in handling files with minimal supervision and progressing transactions efficiently. A commercial mindset, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Desire to play an active role in business development and firm initiatives.
