Nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds we are currently seeking a Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our esteemed Louth team. This role presents a unique opportunity to work across both commercial and agricultural property matters, engaging in a diverse range of transactions and legal challenges. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to high net-worth cases, and play a key role in shaping the future of our practice.

Your main duties will include:



Dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and providing support on higher value, complex transactions, including portfolio sales and purchases. Commercial landlord and tenant work (including leases, licences to assign, underlet and alter). Dealing with the acquisition and sale of farms and farmland and ancillary property-based work for agricultural clients Dealing with finance and re-mortgage matters. Working as a team with and supporting Partners and other fee earners on larger development /complex commercial property matters. Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and clients effectively and efficiently and ensuring that all client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly to the complete satisfaction of the client.
A good understanding of the obligations relating to client accounts and ensuring that the preparation and service of bills comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

Skills required:



Effective communication skills, both oral and written Commitment to business development and client relationship management. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ability to adopt a commercial as well as a legal approach to client issues. Adaptability and collaborative working.
