PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER (HYBRID WORKING | 50,000 - 60,000)

We are currently on the search for a talented property solicitor (conveyancers will also be considered) to join a dynamic team in Woodford Green, London.

You'll be working on a mix of residential and commercial matters, so being comfortable running a file from start to finish is important. Regardless of whether you are more resi or commercial focused, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure from both buckets and build up your experience as you go.

The team uses RPM as their case management system but no worries if you're not too familiar with it - they'll get you up to speed with full support and training.

You'll handle a varied caseload from instruction to completion, covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and commercial transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals and refinance. You'll handle title checks, draft contracts, liaise with all parties, submit SDLT and land registry applications and ensure full compliance throughout.
