The Winrows Law Team are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancer to work in either our Holyhead or Caernarfon offices. You will be a qualified Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancer or CILEX with a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property.
You'll be responsible for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions (which will include sales & purchases, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy etc) from instruction to completion.
It is hoped that you will become part of team and play a part in shaping the growth and development of the firm, providing ideas and opinions about business development, and being an active part of the firm's long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.
Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
Conduct property searches and investigations to ensure all relevant information is obtained.
Provide clients with clear advice on the conveyancing process and any potential issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each case in accordance with company policies.
Utilise IT systems to manage case files and facilitate communication with clients and colleagues.
Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices to provide informed advice.
Requirements
Proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal field is preferred.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A relevant qualification in law or conveyancing would be advantageous.
