An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented property lawyer to join a highly successful and supportive conveyancing team in Bexleyheath. This firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and its positive, collaborative working environment.

The Role:

You will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of Equity Dealing with

New Build transactions

and

Shared Ownership schemes

(experience desirable). Using the firm's case management system and the Land Registry portal proficiently. Providing support and guidance to less experienced members of the team.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer with proven experience in residential conveyancing. Experienced in managing a high-volume caseload with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. IT literate with strong experience using a case management system. A diligent, conscientious, and client-focused professional. Able to remain calm under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and organise workload effectively. A team player with a cooperative and helpful attitude, willing to support colleagues.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with a one-hour lunch break).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 70,000.00 per year
