Private Client Solicitor or Legal Adviser | 4-8 Years' PQE

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong technical ability, a client-focused mindset, and a vision for growth -- both personally and for the team around them.

What you will be doing:

• Leading on complex Private Client matters, with a focus on wills, probate, powers of attorney
• Managing and developing client relationships built on trust and expertise
• Supporting junior team members through supervision, mentoring and delegation
• Playing a proactive role in marketing, networking and expanding our client base

What you will need:

• 4-8 years' PQE with demonstrable expertise in Private Client work
• Solid experience in complex wills, probate and power of attorney
• Commercial awareness and the ability to give pragmatic, solution-focused advice
• Demonstrable experience of building and shaping teams and developing staff
• Confidence in client-facing roles and in contributing to firm-wide business development
• A compassionate, clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
