About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented

Solid Surface Fabricator

to join our growing team. The role involves the fabrication and finishing of bespoke solid surface products (such as worktops, countertops, cladding, and custom pieces) to a high standard of quality and precision.

Experience in working with solid surface materials (e.g., Corian, Hi-Macs, Staron) is preferred, but we are also open to skilled individuals from related trades such as

cabinet making, joinery, kitchen worktop fabrication, or manufacturing/assembly line work

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and finish solid surface components to specification using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Interpret technical drawings, templates, and cutting lists Carry out thermoforming, edge bonding, and seamless jointing of materials Sanding and finishing to required standards (e.g., matte, satin, gloss) Ensure all work meets internal quality control standards Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience with solid surface fabrication

(e.g., Corian, LG Hi-Macs, Staron, etc.)

Experience in cabinet making, kitchen/worktop fitting, or manufacturing line work Ability to read technical drawings and work accurately to specification Confident using hand tools, routers, sanders, and other workshop equipment Good attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to work independently or as part of a team Full UK driving licence

(preferred if site installations are part of the role)

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
