We are looking for a Solidity Engineer / Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer to join a fast-growing technical team building secure, production-grade blockchain solutions for institutional clients.
The role sits at the core of the product, where security, performance, and maintainability are top priorities and architectural decisions are made collaboratively.
You will work across the full development lifecycle, from designing robust smart contracts to integrating transaction monitoring, indexing systems, and front-end/back-end components.
Responsibilities
Design and build production-ready, secure, and gas-efficient smart contracts in Solidity, ensuring upgradeability and long-term maintainability.
Develop and maintain transaction monitoring, indexing, and reporting systems aligned with institutional client requirements.
Define and enforce high code quality, testing, and documentation standards, following enterprise software development best practices.
Collaborate closely with external security auditors and actively participate in risk assessment and security reviews.
Embed best security practices across all layers of the stack (smart contracts, infrastructure, CI/CD).
Contribute to end-to-end product architecture, taking part in key technical decisions as a team.
Support other technical areas when needed, including front-end, back-end, or infrastructure development.
Profile Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
At least 2 years of experience developing complex smart contracts in Solidity, with strong knowledge of associated tooling and standards (Foundry, design patterns, EIPs).
Security-first mindset, with a solid understanding of blockchain security principles.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Rollup-as-a-Service solutions such as Caldera or Conduit.
Knowledge of Ethereum indexing solutions (e.g. The Graph, Ponder.sh).
Full-stack experience, with exposure to both front-end and back-end development alongside Solidity.
