Solution Architect

Chester, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Fuelius

Fuelius is a digital transformation consultancy and Elite HubSpot Partner, trusted by mid-market and enterprise businesses to lead some of the most complex CRM change programmes in the UK.

We specialise in helping organisations rip out legacy CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics, and replace fragmented, siloed tech stacks with scalable, connected systems. Our focus is on delivering commercial outcomes through operational clarity, RevOps strategy, and best-in-class CRM architecture.

As our engagements become more technically complex, we're hiring a Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of integrated solutions across multiple systems -- ensuring the right blueprint is in place before delivery begins.

The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position for a senior Solution Architect with deep experience in post-sale system design, systems integration, and digital change. You'll be responsible for leading discovery and defining the technical architecture for clients undergoing major commercial and platform transformation.

While our core delivery platform is HubSpot, every engagement involves designing integrations with a broader tech stack -- including SaaS tools, proprietary systems, and legacy platforms. Your focus will be on mapping processes, defining data flows, and ensuring technical integrity across the end-to-end solution.

This role is primarily post-sale, but you'll also support pre-sales scoping on complex projects -- particularly where architecture, data migration, or integration work significantly shapes the scope.

This is not a product specialist or delivery role. It's a consultative position for someone who thrives on leading technical conversations, translating ambiguity into architecture, and helping businesses move confidently through complex change.

Ideal candidates will come from a Salesforce partner, enterprise consultancy, or systems integrator background, with a strong understanding of what good architecture looks like across multi-system environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead post-sale discovery workshops with commercial and technical stakeholders Map data structures, integrations, and system interactions across CRM and the wider tech stack Define solution architecture for CRM and commercial transformation programmes Produce clear, actionable documentation that guides delivery teams and client decision-makers Translate business needs into technical requirements and system design Collaborate closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure architectural fidelity Support pre-sales architecture scoping on larger or more complex deals Help shape Fuelius' approach to system architecture and change management best practice
