JOB TITLE: Solution Architect - Enterprise Risk Platform

SALARY: The salary banding is \xc2\xa366,861 - \xc2\xa378,000

LOCATION: Either Edinburgh, Halifax or Leeds

HOURS: 35 hours, full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join us as a Solution Architect in our Enterprise Risk Platform. To support our Enterprise Risk Platform Teams, LBG are looking for an expert Solution Architect to help us define solution architecture and design that unlocks and create opportunities to digitise & deliver excellent customer journeys, business outcomes and meets group strategic goals to simplify and redefine the technology landscape.

You\'ll be helping develop our passionate people promote the architecture subject area through mentoring, coaching and participation in Agile ceremonies. They\'ll be opportunity for collaborating with Product Owners, Platform Leads, Enterprise Architects & Engineers. You\'ll create the Architectural runway for our Platform teams. Once agreed, our Solution Architects continuously invest in maintaining the Architecture runway underpinning our Platform teams.

You\'ll be partnering with Enterprise Architecture & service providers to elaborate on solutions, their interfaces and validating technology assumptions. Whilst evaluating implementation alternatives and software lifecycle risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies.

You\'ll also be Providing analysis of options and deliver end-to-end solution designs using relevant architectural building blocks as well as producing designs for features that enable frequent incremental customer value delivery.

Additionally you\'ll work on technical design risks or issues and driving resolution through architectural or agile practises.
