My client has an urgent need for 2 x contract Solution Architects on 12 month assignments. We are looking for candidates with a strong solution architect background, geospatial experience and good Microsoft Azure experience.
Experience required.
The Solutions Architect must have experience of
- Developing architecture and architectural roadmaps in a complex environment
- Providing technical leadership and working with development squads in an agile environment
- Defining and delivering enterprise-level Geospatial solutions
- Delivering full stack solutions on public cloud platforms (eg Microsoft Azure)
- The definition and implementation of business-aligned system roadmaps and architectures
- Collaborating with and influencing key business and technical stakeholders
- Public Cloud Platform (preferably, Microsoft Azure)
- IaaS and PaaS in the cloud environment
- Scaling of VM based software
- Definition of automations of deployments
- Understanding of security aspects of cloud systems
- Azure SQL
- Azure Functions
- Azure App services
- Building cloud-native architectures/microservices
- Microsoft Well Architected Framework
