:About The RoleExciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to join our HUB team in London. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with our key telecom client and internal teams to shape end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of architecture, innovation, and delivery-perfect for someone passionate about solving complex challenges through smart design..About YouYou are a driven and curious architect who blends technical expertise with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You're someone who loves to stay ahead of tech trends, communicate complex ideas with clarity, and work across diverse teams to bring designs to life. You bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in the telecom industry
• a strong development background in Java and PL/SQL
• experience with cloud-based architecture (AWS exposure desirable)
• hands-on knowledge of Sales and Ordering processes for telecom products
• a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business, regulatory, and security needs into scalable technical solutions
• Design architecture that bridges the gap between technology and business
• Evaluate existing systems, identify improvements, and lead technical change
• Produce high-level design documents and guide development execution
• Build proofs of concept to validate architecture and feature feasibility
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure
• Support pre-sales and provide thought leadership for client solutions
