Your Role - Global D365 Solution Architect

Define architecture policies and designs for HERO using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Focus on downstream distribution processes from Delivery Centres to regional distribution across multiple channels. Collaborate with Global Process Owners and the D365 Product team to drive harmonization and innovation. Maintain close engagement with Microsoft on current and emerging product features.

Main Responsibilities

Design customer-centric, standardised solutions, minimising customisations. Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and identify technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail. Ensure end-to-end solution consistency across D365 ecosystem with critical systems (POS, WMS, EDI). Create and maintain architecture documentation using tools like LeanIX. Support estimations for changes and enhancements with deployment partners. Collaborate with partner and regional teams to design, build, and test solutions. Communicate business objectives and define actionable steps to meet program goals. Ensure D365 integrates seamlessly into the global IT landscape per long-term roadmap. Support BAU/Run operations, including major incident triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) studies. Guide partner development teams for effective solution implementation. Work with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with technical architects during deployment and operations. Perform thorough solution testing pre-deployment. Maintain design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Stay current on latest D365 F&O features and industry trends.

What You Will Bring

Proven experience designing and implementing D365 F&O architectures. Knowledge of Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integrations with Sales & Field Services. Strong experience integrating D365 F&O using DMF, AIF, and custom solutions. Background in large-scale ERP implementations. Client leadership and stakeholder engagement skills (up to C-level). Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure Cloud, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, RSAT). Intellectual curiosity about emerging enterprise technologies.

Requirements

Architecture qualification (e.g., TOGAF). Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications. Proficiency in X++, C, SQL, and related technologies. Deep knowledge of Dynamics AX/D365 F&O. Experience in managing or participating in D365 F&O projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Leadership mindset with client-oriented and performance-driven focus. Detail-oriented, able to connect the dots and see the big picture. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. English required (French or other languages are a plus).

Pay: 60,000.00-75,000.00 per year
