The Opportunity

As our

Solutions Architect / Senior Integration Engineer

, you'll take ownership of

API-driven integrations

across our tech stack, with

AI layered into real-world workflows

.

You'll work closely with the leadership team, translating business processes into

robust, scalable systems

that grow with the company. You'll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions and the responsibility to build things properly.

This is a chance to become the

go-to technical owner

for how our systems talk to each other.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and owning

end-to-end integration architecture

Architecting Our Systems Defining

source-of-truth systems

and clean data flows Building for scale, reliability and clarity, not quick fixes Making decisions that will still make sense in 3-5 years
API & Platform Integrations

Building and maintaining

robust REST API integrations

Working with: Webhooks OAuth and token-based authentication Rate limits, retries and failure handling Managing data sync, transformation and edge cases across platforms
AI in Production

Integrating

AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI / Anthropic)

into live workflows Designing AI-assisted processes such as: Summarisation Routing and decision support Workflow automation Focusing on

practical, production-ready AI

Ownership & Quality

Writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code Implementing logging, monitoring and error handling Documenting systems so others can understand and build on them Taking long-term ownership of what you build
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone

experienced and confident

, not someone learning on the job.

You'll likely have:

7+ years

commercial software engineering experience Strong experience designing and building

API integrations

Experience connecting

multiple CRMs or SaaS platforms

Hands-on experience with: REST APIs Webhooks OAuth / authentication flows Experience building automation or integration platforms Experience using

AI APIs in production systems

The confidence to design solutions independently and challenge assumptions Strong communication skills, you'll work directly with decision-makers
Nice to Have

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Sales Force, Zoho, etc.) Event-driven or asynchronous architectures Experience working in a scaling or founder-led business A genuine interest in automation and system design
