This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

Are you passionate about designing innovative solutions that drive business success? Join our dynamic team as a Solution Architect. You will play a crucial role in defining and communicating the structure and dynamics of solutions that meet key stakeholder requirements, identifying architectural risks, and providing recommendations for mitigation.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:



Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to capture, maintain, and evolve current state architecture Adhere to established IT principles, models of governance, and data policies with key IT and business sponsors/stakeholders Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders from Sales, Network Operations, Finance, and strategic 3rd Party Suppliers to gather and refine requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives Assess internal functions, systems, business strategies, and IT processes to identify enhancements that support CityFibre's future strategies and goals Ensure alignment between business and technology by connecting the organisation's mission, strategy, and processes to its technology strategy, and documenting this through various architectural models or views Manage or assist in the delivery of technical solutions that provide business advantages through effective design

What you'll bring to the role:




You will bring in-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions within a Telecoms environment. Additionally, you will have:

Experience with Telecoms, IT Industry, and Enterprise Architecture best practice methodologies, processes, functions, and data maps such as those used by TM Forum, or defined by TOGAF, ITIL, BPMN, UML, etc Demonstrable in-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions in a Telecoms environment Ability to create prototypes of proposed solutions in Salesforce and ServiceNow Ability to define and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Demonstrable experience working with systems and solutions deployed in a cloud environment, ideally AWS Experience with reverse engineering undocumented legacy systems and software, including data models
