Are you an expert in designing technical solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations? Digital Space is looking for a

Solution Architect

to join our Connected Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and compatible with our customers' needs.

What you'll do:



Design solutions:

Work with sales and account management teams to create compelling, value-focused propositions for Secure Networks and Connectivity solutions. You'll act as a technical advisor in customer workshops and presentations, clearly articulating the value of our technical solutions.

Be a technical authority:

Serve as the technical expert for solution and commercial propositions, ensuring they align with the Digital Space bid review process. You'll also provide input into our Service Reference Architecture and product roadmaps.

Collaborate and innovate:

Work closely with the Head of Network & Security Architecture to develop new ideas and scale our business unit. You'll be part of a team of Solution Architects, ensuring consistent outcomes for our customers.

What we're looking for:



Experience:

Proven experience in designing Networking, SDWAN and Branch Solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

A strong understanding of Managed Services, including MPLS, SD-WAN, and 5G. Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, security), SASE frameworks.

Skills:

The ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Fortinet NSE 5+ or Cisco/Meraki CMNA certifications are desirable. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Behaviours:

A "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with being creative, innovative, and flexible.
The role requires a valid UK driving licence and some UK and international travel for business needs, including attending exhibitions.

Pay: Up to 85,000.00 per year
