Role Overview

: The Solution Architect / Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions. This role leads large-scale digital transformation initiatives, owns technical architecture, and ensures secure, scalable, and integrated business applications across global environments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions across enterprise programs. Own Azure Integration Architecture, including Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, App Services, Storage, Application Insights, and Power BI. Act as Technology Owner for large programs, driving upgrades (On-Prem to Online), data migration, and cloud modernization initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, producing high-quality technical design and requirement documentation. Drive secure third-party system integrations with Dynamics 365 using Azure APIs and middleware platforms. o Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, release, and deployment. Lead Power BI reporting, analytics, and data visualization for business intelligence and operational insights. Collaborate with global stakeholders including customers, architects, functional consultants, and production support teams. Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, security best practices, and architectural governance. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams. Support UAT, production release, post-go-live support, and performance tuning for mission-critical applications. Recommend and implement technology upgrades and platform improvements for scalability and security.
