What You'll Be Doing ? ??
Client Engagement & Sales Partnership:
Develop strong partnerships with our sales representatives to champion ELMO's platform and meet client needs.
+ Actively promote solutions-based selling, aligning our powerful software with real-world customer challenges.
Collaborate with the team to scope, plan, and deliver compelling product presentations and tailored demonstrations.+ Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), showcasing the possibilities of ELMO's solutions and aligning with business objectives.
+ Engage with a variety of opportunities, individuals, and deals, supporting sales efforts for organisations ranging from lower mid-market to large enterprise.
Product & Industry Mastery:
+ Become a true ELMO
product specialist
, able to describe our solutions with deep competency.
+ Maintain strong knowledge of over 70% of the ELMO Suite, specialising in multiple modules.
Exhibit the ability to design robust solution architectures for diverse scenarios. + ?
+ Lead the product feedback loop, driving updates to demo environments and enabling your fellow Solution Consultants.
+ Clearly articulate our core differentiators against top competitors.
Possess strong HR process knowledge to contextualise demonstrations within the customer's world.
Strategic & Team Contributions:
+ Provide support to other Solution Consultants, acting as an escalation point for technical problems.
+ Participate in the planning and execution of strategic projects, taking responsibility for key deliverables.
Take charge of planning and delivering ongoing training for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.+ Ensure all individual KPIs are met, driving high performance.
+ Help create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. ??
+ Be ready to travel occasionally when required. ??
Always maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your role and data handling.

Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar client-facing technical role
