You will make an impact in the following way:




You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account's terminology and KPIs Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions



What you will bring:




Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation Work experience - Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment Proven track record - Within a sales and/or service role in process manufacturing Technical know-how - Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware essential for IT/OT systems, including understanding of integration and application requirements for industrial environments Communication skills - Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience Language proficiency - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
