As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer projects on time within budget and scope. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be:
To work closely with the Sales teams during pre-sales phase in order to define customer needs and to show our solutions value
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
To gather, lead and federate project teams (both internal and external) with the aim of preparing a key-account roll out
To coordinate the different steps of the process and to ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Report and escalate to management as needed
Establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
