What You'll Be Doing

Client Engagement & Solution Architecture

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, run discovery workshops, and define solution roadmaps. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with client goals. Provide expert guidance on best practices, architecture decisions, and integration strategies.

Project Execution & Delivery

Lead solution design from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, and success criteria. Review solution designs, challenge assumptions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and Microsoft best practices. Oversee system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee seamless solution adoption.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Stay ahead of Microsoft's latest advancements, keeping your certifications and knowledge up to date. Share insights with the team, helping drive innovation and best practices across projects. Identify opportunities to enhance solution efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.

Experience & Skills Required

?

Extensive experience

with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including solution architecture, integrations, and custom development.

Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective, scalable solutions.

?

Proven expertise

in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, with deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 core business applications.

?

Client-facing experience

- Comfortable leading workshops, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.

?

Technical and business acumen

- Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and real-world business needs.

?

Excellent communication skills

- Confident in engaging with clients, teams, and leadership to align on solution strategies.

?

Microsoft Solution Architect certifications

or a willingness to pursue them.

Even Better If You Have:

- Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of automation tools, AI, and emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.
