The Opportunity
We're hiring a Solutions Architect to sit at the intersection of
pre?sales
and
delivery
. You'll shape solutions that blend networking, Wi?Fi and RFID with mobile/edge software and cloud services - then lead them from design through successful hand?over to BAU.
This is a growth role for a hands?on technologist who's ready to take the next step in scope, ownership and customer impact.
What You'll Do
Engage in discovery & pre?sales
: run workshops, assess requirements, create high?level designs (HLDs), BoMs and proposals; contribute to RFPs/RFIs; shape Statements of Work.
Architect solutions end?to?end
: design secure, scalable architectures across WLAN (802.11 standards), LAN/WAN, edge/IoT, RFID (HF/UHF, readers, antennas), mobile devices and cloud components.
Prototype & validate
: plan and execute PoCs/Pilots; define success criteria; iterate designs based on findings.
Lead delivery
: produce LLDs, configuration guides and test plans; oversee implementation, integration and cutover; ensure quality, performance and resilience.
Assure security & compliance
: apply best practice for identity, device security, network segmentation, data protection and observability.
Document & handover
: create runbooks and diagrams; deliver admin training; transition to support.
Be a trusted advisor
: translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps; communicate trade?offs clearly to technical and non?technical stakeholders.
Continuous improvement
: capture lessons learned; contribute reference architectures, templates and automation to keep us efficient and repeatable.
Ideally candidates will have 3-5 years in one or more of: Solutions Architect, Pre?Sales Engineer, Systems/Network Engineer, Technical Consultant.
(passive/active; HF/UHF; reader/antenna placement; middleware/integration patterns).
Comfortable across
cloud & integration
: RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, basic scripting (PowerShell/Python), and foundational knowledge of Azure/AWS services used for data ingestion, storage and analytics.
Strong
customer?facing
skills: discovery, storytelling, diagramming, proposal writing and presenting to mixed audiences.
Proven ability to create HLD/LLD, BoMs, test plans and handover materials; familiarity with change management and release processes.
Practical understanding of
security
(Zero Trust principles, PKI, certificates, device identity, network segmentation) and
observability
(logging, monitoring, metrics).
Nice?to?Have

Experience with
RTLS
