As a result, we require an outstanding Solutions Consultant to actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.



About the role:



The Nuix Solution Consultant plays a key role in delivering end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of Nuix software solutions, including Nuix Workstation, Nuix Automate, Nuix Discover, and Nuix Neo. This role combines technical expertise, project delivery discipline, and strong communication skills to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain customer environments, ensuring alignment with project milestones and business outcomes.

This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week.

Key Responsibilities





Software Deployment & ImplementationLead the deployment, configuration, and validation of Nuix software products in customer environments - both remote and occasionally on-site. Conduct environment readiness assessments, install application components, and configure integration points with enterprise systems. Migrate legacy configurations or data where applicable, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments. Develop and maintain installation guides and handover documentation for customer administrators.
Hardware Sizing & Architecture DesignAnalyse client requirements and data volumes to recommend optimal hardware and storage configurations. Produce architecture and deployment documentation, including data flow diagrams, network layouts, and scaling recommendations. Collaborate with customer IT teams to validate environment suitability and performance benchmarks. Maintain awareness of Nuix system performance best practices and evolving infrastructure standards (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid).
Project Management Alignment & ReportingManage individual workload and project deliverables autonomously, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones. Maintain accurate time tracking, status updates, and documentation within the organization's project management systems. Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes to project managers and CSMs. Participate in regular project status meetings, providing technical input and progress reports.
Customer Success CollaborationPartner closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager to support customer adoption, solution health, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide ongoing professional services and advisory support to help customers maximize the value of their Nuix investment. Assist with knowledge transfer, training sessions, and post-deployment reviews. o Contribute to the development of service offerings and reusable solution templates.
Internal Process & Knowledge ImprovementContribute to internal initiatives focused on improving delivery efficiency, standardizing documentation, and enhancing internal tools. Share technical learnings, troubleshooting methods, and configuration tips with the broader team. Participate in peer reviews and collaborative design sessions for new solution frameworks.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Technical EscalationDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Nuix Neo and associated platform components (e.g., Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or cloud services). Reproduce customer issues in test environments and work with Nuix Support or Engineering for escalation where required. Analyse logs, system metrics, and performance indicators to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. + Develop and share troubleshooting playbooks for recurring or complex issues.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Must have an up to date and valid passport Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Relevant experience in eDiscovery, Litigation, and Corporate Investigations Experience working with various ECA and Review tools (Nuix, Clearwell, Recommind, Autonomy, Digital Reef). Experience working with various EDD processing tools (LAW, IPRO). Strong presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills A polished, professional demeanor and be capable of engaging a room full of potentially hostile/doubting technical prospects playing "stump the vendor". Highly effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Strong organizational, prioritization and time management ability with a deadline focus Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time-zones Must be able to travel as needed (35%+)

Preferrable Skills:

Familiarity with various Forensic Tool Kits (Encase, AccessData). Familiarity with Docker containerized deployments Familiarity with cyber security and end point solutions such as HBSS, Splunk, Netwitness, SNARE, Sourcefire/Snort, Syslog-NG, NetOptics, Tanium, ResolutionOne, Palantir Knowledge of server and storage architecture (SAN vs NAS, iSCSI vs fiber, SAS vs SATA) Knowledge and experience with Java, Python, and/or Ruby
