BlackRainbow is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead technical pre- and post-sales activities, supporting the deployment and adoption of our NIMBUS platform across Law Enforcement, Government, and Corporate environments.

With over two decades of experience supporting Investigators and Analysts in more than forty countries, we understand the unique challenges of both public and private sector investigations and build solutions that meet their evolving needs.
What We Are Looking For:
The Solution Consultant will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of NIMBUS within customer environments, including corporate security and investigations teams. This includes leading deployments, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Our ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a background in corporate investigations, fraud detection, compliance, or forensic environments. Experience working within or alongside law enforcement is also valuable. Existing UK SC & NPPV3 vetting is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders across law enforcement, government, and corporate investigations teams.
Manage customer deployments including installation (on-prem and cloud), configuration, and training.
Translate investigative workflows and business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Coordinate internal resources and manage multiple complex tasks.
Collaborate across internal teams (sales, product, development, operations, marketing).
Deliver tailored NIMBUS demonstrations to support sales efforts.
Share best practices and reusable assets with the wider Solution Consultant team.
Support the Customer Support function on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring continuity of service when required.
Must work in accordance with Black Rainbow policies and procedures relating to information security and personal data privacy.
Information must be handled as per the information classification and information transfer policy.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale software deployments.
Experience in corporate investigations, compliance, fraud, or forensic environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate investigative processes into technical workflows.
Solid IT and analytical skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3.
Willingness to travel within the UK and EU.
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of forensic tools and processes.
Exposure to ISO standards (ISO17025, ISO17020).
Understanding of corporate risk, compliance, and internal investigations frameworks.
Experience with IIS/ASP.NET web applications and SQL Server (2019+).
