Reporting to the Head of Technology Change, this role will deliver successful digital transformation across Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans. You will be responsible for analysing organisational needs, designing effective technology solutions, and ensuring these solutions align with the Charities' strategic goals. In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs through workshops, interviews, and process mapping, translating these insights into clear, prioritised requirements. You'll design secure, accessible, and operationally viable solutions in collaboration with the Head of Technology Change, external partners, and IT Operations--ensuring alignment from concept through to implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience designing effective, scalable technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and network architecture. Proficiency with tools for process mapping, requirements documentation, and prototyping is essential, along with a solid understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design, and security best practices. You'll need excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. A proactive mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends are key, as you'll play a critical role in recommending innovations that improve service delivery and create lasting organisational value.
