We're hiring a

Software Generalist

who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and systems thinking. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building and having a real business impact. You will thrive when connecting the dots between APIs, platforms, data pipelines, AI Agents and teams.


You'll sit at the intersection of backend, frontend, and data engineering building internal tools, stitching together SaaS platforms, creating clean APIs to access Snowflake data, and setting up AI-driven agents and automations.


This is a hands on technical role with requiring a comprehensive software systems perspective to have a real influence on how our tools and systems come together. You'll work closely with engineering, product, operations, and growth teams to streamline workflows and unlock access to insights.

Integrations & Automation

Problem domain analysis to propose suitable tech stack and architecture (software platforms, APIs, integrations) Design and deploy integrations between third-party SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Braze, Twilio) and internal services. Own automation workflows using low-code and orchestration tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Microsoft Foundry. Build and scale AI Agent customer experiences using platforms like Bland.ai, and support in developing advanced AI Agent and AI Agentic logic. 3+ years of hands-on software engineering or technical systems experience including software systems design and architecture. Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI. Experience working with databases (especially Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar), designing queries, and exposing data via APIs. Experience integrating SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Braze, Twilio, Slack, Zapier) and setting up custom connectors. Exposure to AI/automation platforms (OpenAI, Zapier, Retool, Claude, etc.) and curiosity to go deeper. Hands on experience using n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Foundry to orchestrate multi-step automation and AI-powered workflows. Familiarity with a general-purpose programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js/Typescript preferred). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous problems and cross-functional collaboration. Start-up or scale-up experience preferable. Bonus: experience in frontend integration or low-code toolkits like Webflow, Make.com, or internal admin dashboards.
