:DP World is growing! We have exciting opportunities for a Solutions Engineering Coordinator who will act as a central hub for reporting and data tracking administration and monitor and support process adherence. This role will be an Administrative position to help drive continual improvements across the function. This role will work REMOTELY but require occasional travel across Europe so flexibility and availability to travel would be essential.About the role

• Support with administration activities across the Solutions Engineering Team
• Ensure compliance of admin standards and processes
• Manage new starters onboard and all equipment ordering
• Complete launch administration activities eg. AFE's, supplier follow up, PR creation
• Manage all application licenses including but not limited to Jira, Autocad, Sketchup
• Administer and become a champion of JIRA admin site
• Maintain and manager reporting systems master data
• Support the solutions engineering admin share point and drive continual development in its content and ensure it is accurate at all times
• Complete, Develop and manage internal reporting and ensure consistency and quality is in place
• Monitor and report resource tracking to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Investigate and develop documentation on local differences / legislation eg UK CDM to ensure complete understanding of requirements

Your Key Skills:

• Prior experience with working across Solutions Design for 3PL/4PL or Freight Forwarding services
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate environment working across multiple teams with significant co-ordinating (MS Outlook, MS Teams) and administerial (MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with project ordering and capital expenditure administration, purchase orders, goods receipting.
• Exposure to warehousing/logistics industry.
• Familiarity with productivity tools: JIRA and Monday.com desirable
• Familiarity with transport portals such as Egencia, Travel Perk and SAP Concur desirable
• Familiarity with SAP business management ecosystem desirable
