Mitie are recruiting for a Solutions Manager - Capital Projects to play a key role in transforming how we deliver projects across the UK. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth.



You'll be part of a growing, collaborative team that's redefining project excellence. From supporting high-impact bids to developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients, your work will directly contribute to Mitie's continued success in the built environment.



What will you be doing?


Lead the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts. Act as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals. Collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and our Centre of Excellence to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value. Identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of Mitie's Project Professional Services offering.

What are we looking for?



You will have experience in leading on the creation of solutions, account management with business development within capital project delivery or consultancy. You'll also hold a strong technical background in construction or infrastructure working on projects of a varied size. You'll also have:


Proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with influence at senior levels. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment. * Eligible for or willing to undergo
