As a Sommelier at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons you will be the ambassador of all things wine! You will be responsible for providing the best possible service for our guests, using storytelling to bring the wine alive and to assist in recommending drinks for every occasion.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Have a genuine interest and passion for wine and wine service

Deliver a personalised, instinctive and understated service to ensure that excellence exists in everything we do.

Demonstrate promptness, anticipation and organisation to deal with the different aspects of each service

Embrace feedback and improve yourself by seeking the views of others around you, and by respecting and following the standards of excellence/LQA/AA/Forbes and work towards always increasing the score
