Warehouse Sortation Supervisor

You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our early morning sortation shift, leading a dedicated team and ensuring parcels are processed quickly, safely, and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily operations:

Oversee all aspects of the warehouse shift, ensuring smooth and efficient parcel sortation and dispatch.

Drive performance:

Monitor KPIs, reduce operational costs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Team leadership:

Motivate, coach, and manage a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Maintain standards:

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and sortation quality standards.

Collaborate across teams:

Work closely with drivers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and handovers.

Support strategic goals:

Join weekend conference calls to share updates, provide insights, and stay aligned with wider operational objectives.

What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory experience in a

warehouse, parcel sortation, or logistics environment

Strong understanding of

automated sortation systems

and warehouse flow Proven ability to

lead and develop teams

in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Confidence using

WMS and other operational tech systems

A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence
