As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on

Sound & Vision Team Leader

to take charge of our projects, lead a dedicated team, and help us drive innovation across all sites.

The Role:

As the Sound & Vision Team Leader, you will work with the team to oversee

sound and vision operations

across multiple holiday parks. You'll be the go-to person for problem-solving, and project delivery -- ensuring smooth, high-quality audio-visual experiences for both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and develop a team of Sound & Vision Technicians. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sound and visual systems across holiday park locations. Help manage and deliver new AV projects from concept to completion. Drive innovation by

bringing fresh ideas

to enhance guest experiences and improve business performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless AV operations across the parks. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management. Travel between sites as required ( mileage reimbursed). What We're Looking For: Proven experience in audio-visual systems, with strong technical knowledge.
What we are Looking For ;

Previous experience managing a team or leading projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A proactive, ideas-driven individual who's ready to take this business to the next level. Full UK driving licence (essential). Competitive salary and benefits package
