Your Role in Action



Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a UK Based Recruiter. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process for special projects, focusing on building interpreter pipelines and collaborating with project managers to support the delivery of recruitment activities within budget and meeting expected KPIs.



You will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment databases. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and campaigns, assist in preparing reports, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders. If you are ready to support key interpreter recruitment projects and ensure compliance with internal and external audits, we want to hear from you!


Assist in the recruitment process for special projects, focusing on building interpreter pipelines. Collaborate with project managers to support recruitment activities within budget and meet KPIs. Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment databases. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and campaigns under the guidance of senior team members. Prepare Management Information reports to track recruitment performance and provide insights. Communicate recruitment updates and progress to internal stakeholders through various mediums. Participate in activities aligned with the supply chain strategy, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Support key recruitment projects to meet service level agreements and targets. Assist in maintaining compliance and supporting internal and external audits of the recruitment process in the UK.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and effectively. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. Proficiency in using IT tools and systems for recruitment activities. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and project managers. Problem-solving skills to tackle challenges efficiently. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment data and reports. Enthusiasm for developing innovative recruitment strategies under guidance. Proactive approach to supporting recruitment projects and meeting targets. Basic knowledge of compliance and audit processes in recruitment.
