The Role: Your New Challenge

As Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's right hand, crucial to the daily operational and management success of the kitchen. You will be expected to work across all sections and shifts, maintaining the high standards we're known for.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:



Operational Oversight:

Working closely with the Head Chef to manage all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.

Quality Control:

Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, production, and presentation set by the Head Chef.

Team Leadership:

Setting a positive example, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring clear communication across the kitchen brigade.

Consistency:

Delivering exceptional quality and consistency in every dish that leaves the pass.

Timely Service:

Ensuring all food production duties are carried out efficiently to guarantee a smooth and punctual service.

With a clear focus on delivering high standards of food, ensuring all food production duties are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth service. Drive and determination to achieve performance and standards, both operationally and customer focused. Team player at all times, assisting other colleagues when necessary. Eye for quality & consistency. Experience and enthusiasm to contribute and fully support the running of the kitchen operation, combined with the ability to work well under pressure. Highly ambitious with a desire to playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
