Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and productive environment Show versatility with your skills and experience working in all sections of professional kitchens Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery Be passionate about delivering exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients whether simple or complex A confident communicator with your team and the wider restaurant team Have extensive experience working in different types of cuisines Have responsibility for ensuring the brigade complies with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures Being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department, through controlling wastage and maintaining effective control regarding GP and staff Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
